Common Vervain (Verbena officinalis) - Tablets, 390 mg per tablet

Common Vervain, 390 mg per tablet Tablet size 16 mm * 8 mmAmount per tablet: 390 mg ground common vervain What is common vervain (Verbena officinalis)? Common vervain can be found in both temperate and tropical regions around the world. This herbaceous plant is widespread across large parts of Europe, Asia, Australia and Africa. As a traditionally valued herb, it prefers hedges, pathsides and rough ground, especially sunny yet sheltered locations with sandy loam or clay soils. With a growth height of up to 75 cm and small pink, blue or violet flowers, common vervain may look rather modest at first glance, yet it is a resilient plant. It was already valued in antiquity and is mentioned in various cultural traditions. Its German name, Eisenkraut, is historically associated with iron weapons. The botanical name Verbena officinalis helps identify the plant clearly. In German everyday language, names such as gemeines Eisenkraut or echter Verveine are also used. These details describe the product and do not replace professional advice. The name “Echtes Eisenkraut” is used here as the German plant name. It describes the herb used and is not intended as an indication of a special iron content. The product information is deliberately limited to composition and recommended intake. We use ground common vervain for our products. This makes the plant available in a convenient tablet form as a supplement to the daily diet. In selecting and processing our raw materials, we focus on consistent product quality. The tablet form is practical when the herb is not intended to be used as tea or as a loose herbal preparation. The amount per tablet is clearly stated, making the recommended daily intake easy to follow. Common vervain has a long tradition Common vervain has a long tradition. Verbena officinalis has been described in older herbal traditions; the name vervain has also been linked in historical sources with various folk interpretations.
