Lomatium Tincture (1 : 4) Lomatium (Lomatium dissectum, Desert Parsley) tincture made from roots What is Lomatium? Lomatium is a perennial herb native to the western regions of North America. Commonly known as Desert Parsley, this medicinal plant belongs to the Apiaceae (carrot/parsley) family – which is immediately recognizable by its characteristic double umbels of countless tiny flowers. Lomatium thrives primarily on forested slopes and can reach a height of up to 140 cm. Neither drought nor wildfires can easily harm this plant, as its deep taproot makes it highly robust and resilient. For the production of our Lomatium tincture, we follow traditional methods. Just like the indigenous peoples of North America, we use only the roots of the plant. These are carefully selected according to strict quality criteria, gently dried, and extracted with alcohol. This method ensures that all valuable constituents are released gently and preserved in their natural diversity. Constituents Apiol (calcium antagonist), Z-Ligustilide, terpenoids, esters, phellandrene, limonene, beta-caryophyllene, palmitic acid, linolenic acid, octanol, longifolene, tetronic acids Traditional Use Among the indigenous peoples of North America, Desert Parsley is a valued traditional remedy that has long been indispensable. Lomatium is considered a versatile all-rounder and has been used for colds, flu, and febrile illnesses. It is also valued as a tonic for the bronchial system, the digestive tract, and the urinary system. Although little known in the Western world, we owe much of our modern knowledge of Lomatium to Stephen Harrod Buhner, who highlighted its remarkable results in viral, bacterial, and fungal infections. In his book “Herbal Antivirals”, Buhner writes: “Despite the lack of virus studies, I and many others have found the herb to be highly effective for viral and bacterial respiratory infections, including pneumonia. In my opinion, there is no better remedy…” Traditional uses at a glance: Colds Flu Fever Pneumonia Bronchial tonic Urinary tract infections Traditionally used against viral, bacterial, and fungal infections Lomatium Tincture without unnecessary additives This dietary supplement contains no artificial colors, no flavorings, no added sugar, no lactose, and no gluten. Lapacho Tablets, 360 mg Active Ingredient Tablet size → 16mm * 8mm Active ingredient per tablet → 360mg What is Lapacho (Tabebuia impetiginosa)? Lapacho, also known as the “Tree of Life,” has gained recognition in Europe in recent years. For a long time, however, it remained a true secret remedy. This majestic tree grows mainly in semitropical regions such as northwestern Mexico and Argentina. Reaching heights of up to 50 meters, Lapacho impresses not only with its unique composition of nutrients but also with its striking appearance. Its dazzling blossoms range from bright pink to deep red. With a lifespan of up to 700 years, it is easy to understand why indigenous people call it the “Tree of Life.” For our products, we use only the inner bark. Since both quality and sustainability are essential to us, harvesting is done carefully: only small pieces of bark are taken from trees at least 40 years old — when the concentration of active compounds is at its highest. The tree is then given several years to regenerate in peace. Importantly, no tree is felled for our products. The Secret Weapon of the Incas The Incas already knew about the unique power of their trees. Their descendants, the indigenous peoples of South America, continue to rely on this knowledge today. In its native regions, Lapacho has long been traditionally applied for a wide range of issues, including: Chronic respiratory conditions Stomach and intestinal discomfort Joint problems Tissue changes Defense against unwanted intruders of all kinds What’s Inside Lapacho bark contains a unique combination of active compounds. It includes a special form of oxygen that the human body can utilize directly, helping to ward off intruders. Oxygen is also vital for nourishing your cells, maintaining the flexibility of blood vessels, and producing red blood cells. About 60 years ago, the Argentinian botanist Dr. Theodore Meyer identified further compounds in Lapacho bark — a total of 12 quinones — which he described as making it a natural and holistic antibiotic. One of these, known as Lapachol, is found exclusively in Lapacho bark. The Munich researcher Bernhard Kreher also concluded that this ancient Inca remedy could strengthen the immune system by up to 50%. Besides oxygen and quinones, Lapacho bark is rich in calcium, iron, and selenium. Calcium supports bone structure, iron is essential for oxygen transport, blood formation, and muscle strength, while selenium is a powerful antioxidant that helps neutralize free radicals and supports healthy thyroid function. Lapacho Tablets without unnecessary additives This dietary supplement contains no artificial colors, no flavorings, no preservatives, no gelatin, no added sugar, no lactose, and no gluten. Lapacho Tablet Ingredients IngredientContent per maximum daily dose Ground inner bark of Lapacho(Tabebuia impetiginosa) approx. 1800 mg Additionally contains two common and safe cellulose-based excipients (MCC / HPMC) for tablet stability, both of purely plant origin, and a very small amount (just a few parts per thousand) of magnesium stearate, a commonly used and harmless substance. Recommended Use The maximum daily dose is 5 (five) tablets per day with sufficient liquid, divided throughout the day. Begin with no more than 3 tablets daily and gradually increase over several days until reaching the maximum dose. If you experience discomfort — particularly digestive or sleep disturbances — remain at the lower dose that feels best for you. Notes Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet or a healthy lifestyle. Store in a cool, dry place, protected from heat, and keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Important: Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women! Children aged 6 to 12 may safely take 2 tablets daily instead of the adult maximum dose. Excessive intake may cause digestive discomfort. If you have a diagnosed chronic liver or kidney condition or blood clotting disorders, please consult a trusted physician before beginning use. Do not take these tablets if you are on anticoagulant medication. Use should be limited to 4–6 consecutive weeks, followed by a break of several weeks before resuming. In case of sleep disturbances, reduce the daily dosage.

Lavender Blossom Tincture (1 : 4) Lavender (Lavandulae angustifoliae flos) tincture made from dried blossoms What is Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia)? Lavender is most commonly known for its calming and soothing fragrance. But did you know that this plant has much more to offer? Since ancient times, lavender has been considered a true all-rounder in folk medicine. It is also firmly established as a healing remedy in both Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Indian Ayurveda. However, this only applies to true lavender and not to so-called lavandin, which is often sold instead. At Phönix der Lebenskraft we place special emphasis on quality, which is why we offer only Lavandula angustifolia, the true lavender, in its purest form. This aromatic shrub belongs to the mint family and can grow up to 100 cm tall. Its many-branched upright stems carry countless lilac-colored blossoms that release an incomparable fragrance. True lavender originates from the coastal regions of the Mediterranean. It particularly thrives on dry, rocky slopes in Greece and Italy. For our tincture, we use only genuine lavender blossoms from ecologically valuable cultivation. These are gently dried, and by adding pure alcohol, all valuable constituents are carefully extracted for your benefit. More Than Just a Fragrance The name “lavender” is derived from the Latin word lavare (“to wash”), already hinting at one of its early uses. In the Middle Ages, lavender was used both internally and externally for cleansing the body. The physician Nicholas Culpeper (1616–1654) even referred to lavender as a “cure-all.” He prescribed it to patients for heart complaints, loss of voice, and fainting. Hildegard of Bingen also praised lavender, saying that “lavender prepares the mind for pure knowledge and clear understanding.” In Ayurveda, lavender is still used today to relieve headaches, nervousness, and sleep disturbances. Traditional Chinese Medicine believes that lavender positively influences the energy flow of the liver, spleen, heart, and stomach. Knowledgeable practitioners therefore use lavender to treat pain, heat, and cramps. The plant is also used to keep away unwelcome guests. Lavender tincture contains valuable compounds such as: monoterpenes, sesquiterpenes, monoterpenols, ketones, esters, and oxides.
