What is Baikal skullcap?

The intended longer-term daily intake is 250 drops (approx. 7.6 millilitres) per day, preferably divided into five intakes of about 50 drops each. Start with a total of only 165 drops (approx. 5 millilitres) per day - or five times 33 drops - and then increase over several days to the longer-term daily intake. Use the pipette supplied to count the drops.

Ich habe die Baikal Helmkraut Tinktur vor kurzem ausprobiert und bin wirklich beeindruckt. Die Qualität des Produkts ist ausgezeichnet. Die Tinktur hat eine angenehme Geschmacksnote und ich habe das Gefühl, dass sie mir bei meinem EBV wirklich gut tut. Die Verpackung war sehr ordentlich.
