Red Root Sage (Salvia miltiorrhiza) - Tablets, 450 mg active ingredient

Red Sage Root Tablets, 450 mg active ingredient Tablet size → 16mm * 8mm Active ingredient per tablet → 450 mg Red Sage Root (Salvia miltiorrhiza, Dan Shen) pressed tablets made from the roots What is Red Sage Root (Salvia miltiorrhiza)? With its orchid-like purple flowers and peppermint-like leaves, Red Sage Root is a true eye-catcher. Yet the real treasure of this traditional medicinal plant from the mint family (Lamiaceae) lies hidden underground. Deep in the soil rests the thick, deep-red root of Salvia miltiorrhiza, which plays a major role in its native regions of China and Japan. This perennial herb prefers riverbanks and forested areas. When growing conditions are met, Red Sage can reach a height of up to 80 cm. For the production of our tablets, we follow the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and use only the deep-red roots. These are harvested under strict quality standards, carefully dried, and finely ground before being gently pressed into tablets. One of the most important medicinal plants in TCM In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Red Sage Root holds a special position. Many Eastern doctors and healers even regard it as a universal remedy. This is mainly due to its broad applications in TCM and its long-standing tradition. Classified as slightly cooling and bitter, Red Sage Root is associated with the heart and liver meridians. It is mainly used to support the heart, liver, metabolism, and circulation. In Chinese folk medicine, it is also applied for joint pain, menstrual problems, coughs, and colds. Herbalist Stephen Harrod Buhner describes the plant as having “antioxidative and antibacterial effects” and recommends its use in Lyme disease and related co-infections. Red Sage Root contains valuable compounds such as triterpenes, diterpenes (tanshinones and isotanshinones), flavonoids, phenylpropanoids, tannins, steroids, lignans, and quinones. Red Sage Root Tablets without harmful additives This dietary supplement contains no artificial coloring, no flavoring, no preservatives, no gelatin, no added sugar, no lactose, and no gluten. Red Sage Root Tablet Ingredients IngredientContent per maximum daily dose Red Sage Root – powdered root(Salvia miltiorrhiza, Dan Shen) approx. 4500 mg Also contains 2 common, safe cellulose-based excipients (MCC / HPMC) for tablet form stability (plant-based), plus a very small amount (trace percentage by weight) of the equally common and safe substance magnesium stearate. Recommended Use The maximum daily dose is 10 tablets per day with sufficient liquid, distributed throughout the day. Start with no more than 3 tablets per day and gradually increase over several days until reaching the maximum daily dose. If you experience any discomfort, remain at the lower dosage that feels comfortable for you. Notes Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store in a cool, dry place, protected from heat, and always keep out of reach of children. The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded. Important: This product is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or for children! Otherwise, no significant side effects are known: as mentioned, in many regions of Asia the plant is also eaten raw or cooked. While the somewhat fish-like taste (which may be considered unpleasant locally) does not appear to cause gastrointestinal issues there, individual tolerance may vary.

Artemisia Annua Tablets, 540 mg Active Ingredient Tablet size → 20 mm * 10 mm Active ingredient per tablet → 540 mg Important: Since we are frequently asked whether Artemisia Annua products can be ingested, we would like to clarify the issue here. The problem is not with the quality or processing of the product, but a legal one. Artemisia Annua has been banned as a dietary supplement within the EU — largely due to growing pharmaceutical lobbying. From a legal perspective, we are required to strictly advise against internal use, as we would otherwise be committing a criminal offense! However, we cannot prevent you from using this product at your own risk, even if that means using it contrary to its official designation. Artemisia Annua Tablets made from finely ground herb We offer these tablets for use in scent sachets and kindly ask that you follow the instructions below carefully. What is Artemisia Annua? Also known as Sweet Wormwood, Artemisia Annua is considered the queen of medicinal plants. This ancient herb originates from Asia but is now cultivated worldwide. It can grow up to 2 meters tall and thrives in many environments, especially in nutrient-poor soils. In producing our products, we place great value on purity and sustainability. We exclusively use plants that meet our strict quality standards. Artemisia Annua in Traditional Chinese Medicine Artemisia Annua has been used for over 2,000 years in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Its applications are diverse, and practitioners in Asia appreciate its supportive effects on the body’s immune system. TCM therefore uses the power of Artemisia Annua to help rid the body of unwanted intruders and to regenerate cells. Sweet Wormwood contains a broad range of plant compounds including bitter substances, essential oils, flavonoids, terpenes, antioxidants, and the unique compound artemisinin. This secondary metabolite is found only in Artemisia Annua. In 2015, the scientist Tu Youyou was awarded the Nobel Prize in Medicine for her work on this remarkable substance. Artemisia Annua also has a particularly high mineral content, including potassium, calcium, phosphorus, and sulfur. Its amino acid profile is regarded as especially well-balanced. Common Wireweed (Sida acuta) - Tablets, 360 mg active ingredient

Sida Acuta Tablets, 360 mg active ingredient Tablet size → 16mm * 8mm Active ingredient per tablet → 360 mg Sida Acuta tablets made from the leaves What is Sida Acuta? The delicate medicinal plant with its mallow-like five-petaled flowers originates from Mexico and Central America. Today, however, Sida acuta can also be found in many other parts of the world. Because of its outstanding ability to spread through its spiny seeds, it is considered by some to be an invasive weed. This may also be due to its strong and deep-reaching roots, which can hardly be removed by hand. The stems of the plant, which can grow up to two meters tall, become woody and extremely hard over time, making them difficult to break. Once Sida acuta has established itself in one location, it usually remains there. Even prolonged drought, torrential rains, hungry grazing animals, or lawnmowers cannot harm the plant. Sida acuta prefers ecosystems with clay, desert, or humus soils. It is most commonly found in pastures, cultivated fields, and along roadsides. We care deeply about the health of people and the environment. That is why we use only raw materials that meet our high standards of quality and sustainability. For our Sida acuta products, we exclusively use ground leaves from ecologically valuable cultivation. Sida Acuta in TCM and Ayurveda Traditional Chinese Medicine mainly uses Sida acuta to dispel heat from the body and to stabilize internal moisture balance. Experienced doctors and practitioners prescribe the medicinal plant for systemic disorders associated with pain and inflammation. In TCM, Sida acuta is primarily used to harmonize the respiratory organs, the excretory organs, as well as the stomach and liver. Interestingly, according to Far Eastern tradition, Sida acuta is also considered a highly effective remedy for persistent low moods. In Ayurvedic teaching, Sida acuta has been one of the most important medicinal plants for over 5,000 years and is successfully used for a wide range of conditions. In Ayurveda, its sweating and cleansing properties are particularly valued. Indian healers believe that Sida acuta can successfully ward off all kinds of intruders. Therefore, the plant is prescribed for intestinal problems, chronic respiratory issues, aching joints, swellings, chronic rhinitis, as well as vaginal concerns, eye problems, headaches, and chronic cough. In addition to rare compounds such as cryptolepine, ecdysterone, stigmasterol, and many others, Sida acuta also has a remarkably high protein content of up to 25%. Proteins are essential for the human organism, as the body builds all cells from them. Sida Acuta Tablets without questionable additives This dietary supplement contains no artificial coloring, no flavoring, no preservatives, no gelatin, no added sugars, no lactose, no gluten. Sida Acuta Tablet Ingredients IngredientContent per maximum daily dose Ground leaves of Sida acuta(Sida acuta) approx. 1800 mg Additionally, 2 common and safe cellulose excipients with the abbreviations: MCC / HPMC for the form stability of the tablets, also of purely plant origin, and a very small amount (weight proportion of only a few per mille) of the equally common and safe substance magnesium stearate. Sida Acuta Tablets Recommended Use The maximum daily dose is 5 (five) tablets per day with sufficient liquid, spread throughout the day. Start intake with no more than 3 tablets per day, and then gradually increase over several days up to the maximum daily dose. If you notice any unpleasant effects, remain at the lower dosage that is comfortable for you. Notes Dietary supplements are generally not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store protected from heat, in a dry place, and out of reach of children. The recommended daily intake indicated here should generally not be exceeded.

Behaarter Zweizahn (Bidens pilosa) - Tinktur

Average rating of 5 out of 5 stars

Hairy Bidens (Bidens pilosa) Tincture

Bidens Pilosa Tincture (1:4) Bidens Pilosa "Hairy Beggarticks" Tincture – made from the leaves What is Bidens pilosa (Hairy Beggarticks)? Bidens pilosa is a South American plant now found worldwide as an invasive species. Its rapid spread is mainly due to its exceptional adaptability. The plant thrives in a variety of soils—whether sandy, loamy, dry, or depleted—and can even grow at altitudes up to 3600 meters. It is resistant to heat, drought, and severe cold spells. Bidens pilosa is a true survivor, capable of displacing other plant species—sometimes even aggressively—due to its allelopathic properties. It can reduce the presence of competing plants by up to 50% and is considered a weed in some countries. However, its potential health benefits for humans are remarkable. Its white flowers with bright orange centers are visually appealing. The plant gets its name from its seeds, which are thin, black, and equipped with a two-pronged tip. The name “Bidens” is derived from the Latin words “bi” (two) and “dens” (tooth). These seeds stick strongly and easily spread via shoes, clothing, jackets, and animals. We use only ground leaves from ecologically valuable cultivation for our products, as this ensures the highest efficacy. Bidens pilosa in Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Bidens pilosa has an excellent reputation in Ayurveda. Traditional Indian healers use the plant effectively to treat various ailments such as colds, coughs, fever, and wounds. It is also used to support the body's natural response to pathogens in the urinary tract. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Bidens pilosa is considered an excellent herb for clearing heat and detoxifying the body. TCM addresses toxins produced both internally and from external sources. Therefore, the herb is used for a variety of health issues including stomach and intestinal disorders, liver problems, immune system imbalances, bronchial conditions, throat ailments, and skin issues. It is especially recommended for conditions caused by an overactive immune system or by foreign invaders. Scientists in the Western world have identified over 100 active compounds in Bidens pilosa, including flavonoids, terpenes, lipids, benzenoids, and polyacetylenes. Due to this balanced composition, Stephen Harrod Buhner describes the plant as "one of the most effective systemically acting antibiotic herbs available". Red Root Sage (Salvia miltiorrhiza) - 100g Powder

Red Sage Root Powder Red Sage (Salvia miltiorrhiza) powder made from the roots What is Red Sage Root (Salvia miltiorrhiza)? Red Sage Root, a traditional medicinal plant from the mint family (Lamiaceae), presents itself with orchid-like purple blossoms and peppermint-like leaves, making it a true visual delight. Yet the real treasure of this plant lies hidden underground. Its thick, deep-red root has been highly valued for centuries in its native regions of China and Japan. Red Sage prefers riverbanks and forest habitats and can reach a height of up to 80 cm under optimal conditions. For the production of our tablets, we follow the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and use exclusively the deep-red roots. These are harvested under strict quality standards, carefully dried, finely ground, and then gently processed into tablets. One of the most important medicinal plants in TCM In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Red Sage Root holds a prominent role and is even regarded by many Eastern physicians and therapists as a universal remedy. This reputation is rooted in its long-standing use and wide range of applications in TCM. Classified as slightly cooling and bitter, it is associated with the heart and liver meridians. Therefore, Red Sage is primarily used to support heart function, liver health, metabolism, and circulation. In Chinese folk medicine, it is also employed for joint pain, menstrual discomfort, coughs, and colds. Herbal expert Stephen Harrod Buhner attributes antioxidant and antibacterial properties to Red Sage and recommends it in connection with Lyme disease and its co-infections. Gemeine Drahtkraut (Sida acuta) - Tinktur 100ml

Average rating of 5 out of 5 stars

Wireweed (Sida acuta) Tincture

Sida Acuta Tincture (1:4) Sida Acuta tincture – made from ground leaves What is Sida Acuta? The delicate medicinal plant with its mallow-like five-petaled flowers originates from Mexico and Central America. Today, however, Sida acuta can also be found in many other parts of the world. Because of its remarkable ability to spread via its spiny seeds, some people consider it an invasive weed. This may also be due to its strong, deep-reaching roots that can hardly be removed by hand. The stems of the plant, which can grow up to two meters tall, become woody and extremely hard over time, making them difficult to break. Once Sida acuta has established itself in one location, it tends to remain there – even under harsh conditions such as prolonged drought, torrential rains, grazing animals, and even lawnmowers. Sida acuta prefers ecosystems with clay, desert, or humus soils. It is most commonly found in pastures, cultivated fields, and along roadsides. We care deeply about the health of people and the environment. That’s why we use only raw materials that meet our high standards for quality and sustainability. For our Sida acuta products, we exclusively use ground leaves from ecologically responsible cultivation. Sida Acuta in TCM and Ayurveda Traditional Chinese Medicine mainly uses Sida acuta to dispel heat from the body and stabilize internal moisture balance. Experienced doctors and practitioners prescribe the plant for systemic imbalances accompanied by pain and inflammation. In TCM, Sida acuta is primarily used to harmonize the respiratory and excretory organs as well as the stomach and liver. Interestingly, in Far Eastern tradition, Sida acuta is also considered a highly effective remedy for persistent low moods. In Ayurvedic teaching, Sida acuta has been one of the most important medicinal plants for over 5,000 years and is successfully used for a wide variety of conditions. In Ayurveda, its sweating and cleansing properties are especially valued. Indian healers believe that Sida acuta can effectively ward off all intruders. Therefore, the plant is prescribed for intestinal problems, chronic respiratory difficulties, aching joints, swellings, chronic rhinitis, as well as vaginal issues, eye problems, headaches, and chronic cough. In addition to unusual compounds such as cryptolepine, ecdysterone, stigmasterol, and many others, Sida acuta also has an astonishingly high protein content of up to 25%. Proteins are essential for the human organism, as the body builds all cells from them. Sida Acuta Tincture without questionable additives This dietary supplement contains no artificial coloring, no flavoring, no added sugars, no lactose, no gluten. Ingredients IngredientContent per maximum daily dose Leaves of Sida acuta, alcohol extract(Sida acuta) approx. 1900 mg Solvent: ethanol approx. 3 g Additionally, traces of acetic acid from organic apple vinegar (less than 1%) and pure water are present. Hairy Bidens (Bidens pilosa) - Tablets, 300 mg active ingredient

Bidens Pilosa Tablets, 300 mg Active Ingredient Bidens Pilosa tablets made from the leaves Tablet size → 16mm * 8mm Active ingredient per tablet → 300mg (270mg Bidens Pilosa, 30mg black pepper) What is Bidens pilosa (Hairy Beggarticks)? Bidens pilosa is a South American plant now considered an invasive species found worldwide. Its widespread presence is primarily due to its extraordinary adaptability. The plant thrives in a variety of soil conditions—whether sandy, loamy, dry, or even depleted—and can even grow at altitudes of up to 3600 meters. Bidens pilosa tolerates intense heat, long periods of drought, and severe cold. It’s a true survivor, likely due in part to its competitive vigor. It can displace other plants—even aggressively—as it is allelopathic and produces compounds toxic to neighboring vegetation. In fact, it can reduce competing plant species by up to 50% and is considered a pest in some regions. All the more impressive, then, are its potential health benefits for humans. The plant features beautiful white flowers with bright orange centers. Its name is derived from its seeds, which are thin, black, and tipped with a two-pronged spike. "Bi" means two and "dens" means tooth—hence "Bidens." These highly adhesive seeds easily cling to shoes, clothes, jackets, and animals, allowing the plant to spread effectively. We use only ground leaves from ecologically valuable cultivation in our products, ensuring the highest level of effectiveness. Bidens pilosa in Ayurveda and TCM In Ayurveda, Bidens pilosa enjoys a stellar reputation. Traditional Indian healers use it successfully to treat many conditions such as colds, coughs, fever, and wounds. It is also used to support the body’s natural defense against urinary tract infections. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Bidens pilosa is regarded as an effective remedy for clearing heat and eliminating toxins. TCM focuses on both toxins generated internally and those introduced from external sources. As a result, Bidens pilosa is used to treat a wide variety of ailments. Holistic doctors and therapists recommend it for issues related to the stomach, intestines, liver, immune system, bronchial tubes, throat, and skin. It is especially beneficial for conditions linked to an overactive immune response or invasive pathogens. Western scientists have already identified over 100 constituents in this medicinal herb, including a range of flavonoids, terpenes, lipids, benzenoids, and polyacetylenes. Due to the plant’s well-balanced composition, Stephen Harrod Buhner refers to Bidens pilosa as "one of the most effective systemically acting antibiotic herbs available." Bidens Pilosa Tablets – Free from Harmful Additives This dietary supplement contains no artificial colorants, no flavorings, no preservatives, no gelatin, no added sugars, no lactose, and no gluten. Chinesisches Spaltkörbchen (Schisandra chinensis) - Tinktur 100ml

Average rating of 4.75 out of 5 stars

Chinese Schisandra (Schisandra chinensis) Tincture

Schisandra Tincture (1:4) Schisandra (Schisandra chinensis) Tincture made from the berries What is Schisandra? Schisandra has been considered one of the most important medicinal plants in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) for over 2000 years. Despite its long history, these beautiful berries are still relatively unknown in Europe. Known as the “five-flavor berry,” Schisandra offers sweet, salty, bitter, sour, and pungent notes all in one. The berries grow on hardy perennial climbing plants (lianas) belonging to the star anise family (Schisandraceae) that can reach heights of up to 8 meters. From the fragrant white blossoms develop pink berries, reminiscent of currants, that cluster tightly together much like grapes. Native habitats of Schisandra include northern China, Japan, and the Russian Far East. For our tincture, we follow traditional TCM methods, using only fully ripe berries. These are carefully selected, dried under strict quality standards, and extracted with alcohol. The result is a tincture that meets our high-quality requirements. The “Fruit of Immortality” One of the oldest texts in TCM, the more than 2000-year-old Materia Medica, praises Schisandra berries for their extraordinary qualities, claiming that regular consumption could “promote longevity.” This is likely one reason why the berries are regarded as the “Fruit of Immortality.” According to TCM, Schisandra nourishes Jing (life essence), Qi (vital energy), and Shen (mind/spirit). It is therefore no surprise that the pink berries have been used in their native regions in a variety of ways. They are considered a powerful adaptogen, believed to help reduce stress and its effects, bringing calm and balance to the body. In TCM, Schisandra has also been traditionally used for sleep disturbances, restlessness, fatigue, coughs, hearing problems, and hormonal imbalances. Experienced practitioners further use Schisandra to support the immune system and to strengthen the functional systems associated with the berry: heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys. Schisandra naturally contains a wealth of valuable nutrients, including Vitamin C, Vitamin E, calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron, polyphenols, lignans, essential oils, tannins, linoleic acid, linolenic acid, citric acid, beta-carotene, pectins, catechins, and anthocyanins. Schisandra Tincture without unnecessary additives This dietary supplement contains no artificial colors, no flavorings, no added sugars, no lactose, and no gluten. Schisandra Tincture Ingredients IngredientContent per maximum daily dose Schisandra – berries, in alcoholic extract(Schisandra chinensis) approx. 1000 mg Extraction medium: Ethanol approx. 2 g Also contains traces of acetic acid from organic apple cider vinegar (less than 1%) and purified water. Use the supplied pipette to count the drops. Important Notes Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Ginseng (Panax ginseng) - Tinktur 100ml

Ginseng (Panax ginseng) - Tincture

Ginseng Tincture (1 : 4) Ginseng (Panax ginseng) tincture made from the rhizome What is Ginseng Tincture (Panax ginseng)? By now, ginseng is no longer an unknown remedy in Europe, although this revered medicinal root still does not enjoy the recognition it deserves. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), ginseng roots have been used successfully for more than 4,700 years. The “royal herb” was first discovered by the Chinese Emperor Shen Nung and his physicians, who believed the root to be a universal healer. This is also reflected in its Greek botanical name Panax ginseng, derived from “Panacea,” the goddess of healing. Because wild ginseng was already rare in ancient times, the roots were considered a divine gift, reserved only for the imperial family. Ordinary people had no access to this “rejuvenating elixir.” The perennial plant is found not only in China but also in Korea and Siberia. Belonging to the Araliaceae family, ginseng prefers mixed and deciduous forests. It grows 30–60 cm tall and is recognizable by its umbels of whitish-green flowers. For medicinal purposes, however, only the rootstock with its spindle-shaped or cylindrical roots is used. Since wild populations of ginseng have declined even further, we use only roots from controlled cultivation for our tincture in order to preserve natural resources. These naturally grown ginseng roots are harvested under strict quality standards, carefully dried, and extracted with alcohol, resulting in a pure tincture that meets our high standards of quality. A traditional tonic in TCM In Chinese folk medicine, ginseng was considered highly valuable not only because of its rarity but also because of its remarkable properties. To this day, the root symbolizes longevity and vitality. Both TCM practitioners and the population at large are convinced that ginseng supports physical, mental, and emotional flexibility into old age. Beyond its use as a tonic, it has traditionally been applied for mood imbalances, concentration problems, anxiety, as well as chronic coughs and colds. Modern science now recognizes that ginseng possesses many beneficial qualities. As an adaptogen, it helps balance body, mind, and spirit by regulating the stress response and mitigating its effects both physically and emotionally. Remarkably, ginseng can also provide energy when motivation is lacking, making it a versatile plant for those caught between exhaustion and overexertion. In TCM, it is also believed to positively influence the spleen, lung, and kidney meridians. Panax ginseng contains valuable compounds such as: Ginsenosides (mainly Rb0, Rb1, Rb2, Rc, Rd, Rg1), peptidoglycans, essential oils, fatty acids, phytosterols, amino acids, vitamins, and minerals. Ginseng Tincture without unnecessary additives This dietary supplement contains no artificial colors, no flavorings, no added sugar, no lactose, and no gluten. Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) - Tablets, 450 mg active ingredient

Ashwagandha Tablets, 450 mg Active Ingredient Tablet size → 16mm * 8mm Active ingredient per tablet → 450mg What is Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera)? Ashwagandha is considered the favorite plant of Ayurvedic medicine. Its status is comparable to that of ginseng in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), earning it the nickname “Indian Ginseng.” The origin of this nightshade plant is believed to be in Africa. However, Indian ginseng is also native to Pakistan, China, the Mediterranean region, and India. The herbaceous shrub can grow up to 2 meters tall and closely resembles the well-known Physalis with its oval leaves and cherry-like flowers. However, one should not make the mistake of eating the hard red berries — they are inedible. Our Ashwagandha tablets are produced in line with Ayurvedic principles. We use only Ashwagandha roots from ecologically sustainable cultivation. These are carefully chopped, gently dried, and finely ground. Only after all steps have passed our strict quality control are the raw materials gently pressed into tablets. THE Tonic of Ayurveda Ashwagandha has been successfully used in Ayurveda for over 3,000 years and continues to play a vital role. Especially in cases of fatigue and for boosting life energy, Indian ginseng is considered the most important strengthening herb and is assigned to the so-called Sattva type. This personality type is characterized by knowledge, purity, inner contentment, and joy. Ayurvedic medicine believes that Ashwagandha can uniquely awaken and enhance these positive traits in every person. Even those not seeking personal development can benefit from Indian ginseng, according to Ayurveda. This strengthening remedy is also used by experienced therapists for chronic fatigue, sleep disturbances, and to calm the mind. Especially in cases of sleep issues, traditional medicine swears by Ashwagandha, which is why it is also called the “sleep cherry.” Withania somnifera contains valuable compounds such as: alkaloids like anaferine, anahygrine, cuscohygrine, nicotine, tropine, and withasomnine. Withanolides such as somniferanolide, somniwithanolide, withaferin A, and withasomniferanolide. Effective Compounds of Ashwagandha The physiologically relevant main compounds in the Ashwagandha root used here are primarily steroidal alkaloids and lactones, including: Whitanin, Whitaninin, Pseudowhitanin, Somnin, Somniferin, Somniferinin, Tropine, Pseudotropine, so-called Ashwagandhanolides, Cuscowhygrin, Anaferin, Anhydrine, Sitoindoside 7/8, among others. Ashwagandha without questionable additives: This dietary supplement contains no artificial coloring, no flavoring, no preservatives, no gelatin, no added sugars, no lactose, and no gluten. Ingredients IngredientAmount per Daily DoseInfo Ashwagandha Root (Withania somnifera) approx. 1350 mg Organic raw material Includes two commonly used and safe cellulose-based excipients labeled MCC / HPMC for tablet stability, both of plant origin, as well as a very small amount (just a few parts per thousand by weight) of the equally common and safe substance magnesium stearate. Recommended Usage Take one tablet three times a day with plenty of water. Ideally, take the tablets before meals. It is better not to take all three tablets at once but spread them throughout the day (e.g., one in the morning, one at midday, and one in the evening) with sufficient water. Taking the tablets with or shortly after meals is generally not recommended; taking them before meals is preferable. However, this is not a strict rule. Important Information Ashwagandha tablets may cause drowsiness — as the German name “Schlafbeeren” (sleep berries) suggests. If you notice this side effect, it is best to take the three tablets in the evening, ideally before a light meal. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) Tablets, 450 mg active ingredient

Licorice Root Tablets, 450 mg active ingredient Tablet size → 16mm * 8mm Active ingredient per tablet → 450 mg Licorice root tablets made from the ground root What is Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra)? Licorice belongs to the legume family. Like all plants of this genus, it bears the typical blossoms, ranging from white to bluish-violet. This herbaceous plant is found in its wild form in Europe, North Africa, Asia, Australia, as well as North and South America. Licorice prefers loose, humus-rich soil and thrives particularly well in sunny locations. Under favorable conditions, it can grow up to two meters tall and one meter wide. Its thick, fleshy roots penetrate the soil up to one meter deep, while rhizomes extend outward up to eight meters. Our products are made exclusively from licorice roots, as they contain the broadest spectrum of active compounds. We place the highest value on purity and sustainability of our raw materials. The long tradition of this healing plant As early as ancient Egypt, licorice was revered and used as a medicinal plant. Theophrastus of Eresos, in 350 BC, described its positive effects on the upper respiratory tract, stating that licorice helped with conditions ranging from stubborn coughs to chronic bronchial hypersensitivity. Indigenous peoples of the Americas also appreciated the benefits of licorice. They used it not only as a sweetener but also valued its roots as a tonic. It was particularly used for digestive problems, toothaches, sore throats, as well as stomach and intestinal issues. For about 3,000 years, licorice has also been used in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Known as Gan Cao, the sweet root is mainly used to strengthen Qi – the vital life energy that should flow in harmony throughout the body. According to TCM, toxins, inflammations, and infections disturb this energy, which is why licorice is used to restore balance. In Ayurveda, the sweet-tasting root also holds great importance, especially for its cooling and revitalizing properties. Practitioners use licorice to combat fatigue and to restore balance to the body's energy points, particularly those of the liver, bladder, and lungs. In the Western world, licorice is best known for its use in making licorice candy. Today, its compounds are well-studied and reveal valuable insights into its composition. The roots are rich in triterpenoid saponins and contain high concentrations of glycyrrhizin, a natural compound believed to have anti-inflammatory and protective effects, especially for the mucous membranes. Other important constituents include flavonoids and coumarin. Flavonoids are antioxidants that help the body defend itself, while coumarin is regarded as calming, antispasmodic, and anti-inflammatory. Licorice is also mentioned in the book “Herbal Antivirals” by Stephen Harrod Buhner. Licorice tablets without questionable additives This dietary supplement contains no artificial coloring, no flavoring, no preservatives, no gelatin, no added sugars, no lactose, no gluten. Ingredients IngredientContent per daily doseInfo Licorice root(Glycyrrhiza glabra) approx. 2700 mg Organic raw material Additionally, two common and harmless cellulose excipients, abbreviated as MCC / HPMC, are used to ensure tablet stability, both of purely plant origin. A very small amount (only a few thousandths by weight) of the common and safe substance magnesium stearate is also included. Recommended Use Take 6 tablets per day with sufficient liquid. Do not take all 6 tablets at once, but divide the dose (e.g., two tablets in the morning, two at midday, and two in the evening) with sufficient liquid. Intake with or shortly after meals is generally not recommended; taking them before a meal is preferable, although this recommendation is not strict. Important: This dietary supplement should only be taken daily at the recommended dosage for a limited period of time, followed by a longer break before resuming use. Hairy Bidens (Bidens pilosa) - 100g Powder

Bidens Pilosa Powder Bidens Pilosa (Hairy Beggarticks) Powder made from the leaves What is Bidens pilosa (Hairy Beggarticks)? Bidens pilosa, a plant native to South America, has spread worldwide as an invasive species. Its success lies in its extraordinary adaptability. The plant thrives in all kinds of soil – sandy, loamy, dry, or depleted – and even at altitudes up to 3600 meters. It can withstand extreme heat, prolonged droughts, and cold snaps. Bidens pilosa is a true survival artist, often displacing other plants due to its allelopathic nature, meaning it releases chemicals that inhibit the growth of surrounding vegetation. Despite being aggressive toward other plants, Bidens pilosa offers impressive benefits to humans. The plant’s white flowers with orange centers are aesthetically appealing. Its name derives from its thin, black seeds with a forked (two-toothed) tip. These seeds cling easily to shoes, clothing, coats, and animals, aiding their wide distribution. We use only ground leaves from ecologically sustainable cultivation for our products, as they provide the highest potency and purity. Bidens Pilosa in Ayurveda and TCM In Ayurveda, Bidens pilosa is highly valued and used in a wide range of traditional remedies. Indian healers use the herb to treat conditions such as colds, coughs, fevers, and wounds. It is also used to support the body’s natural defenses against urinary tract infections. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Bidens pilosa is regarded as an effective remedy for clearing heat and detoxifying the body. TCM emphasizes the elimination of internal toxins and harmful external influences. Therefore, Bidens pilosa is used for various ailments including digestive issues, liver disorders, immune system imbalances, respiratory infections, throat conditions, and skin disorders. It is especially recommended for conditions involving overactive immune responses or foreign pathogens. Scientists have already identified more than 100 compounds in this medicinal plant, including a wide variety of flavonoids, terpenes, lipids, benzenoids, and polyacetylenes. Due to this well-balanced composition, herbalist Stephen Harrod Buhner considers Bidens pilosa to be “one of the best broad-spectrum systemic herbal antibiotics available.” Ingredients Bidens Pilosa (Hairy Beggarticks), leaves of the plant Note We offer this powder as a botanical raw material (food-grade) without specified usage or intended purpose.

Mariendistel (Silybum marianum) - Tinktur 100ml

Milk Thistle (Silybum marianum) Tincture

Milk Thistle Tincture (1 : 4) Milk Thistle (Silybum marianum - Cardui Mariae fructus/herba) tincture made from fruits and herb What is Milk Thistle Tincture (Silybum marianum)? Milk thistle was named “Medicinal Plant of the Year 2021” – and for good reason. Folk medicine has valued this plant since the Middle Ages, if not earlier. The name “milk thistle” itself highlights its significance. According to legend, a common thistle came into contact with the Virgin Mary’s milk while she was nursing the infant Jesus. Normally, thistles are not particularly admired, but this plant is said to have received its special attention by developing distinctive white-green veined leaves. In addition to its striking leaves, milk thistle bears beautiful purple blossoms on stems that can reach up to 150 cm – though, like all thistles, it also carries its share of sharp spines. Originally native to the Mediterranean, Silybum marianum can now also be found in central Europe, especially in warm and dry habitats. For our tincture, we use equal parts of milk thistle fruit and herb. The plant parts are harvested according to strict quality criteria, carefully dried, and extracted with alcohol to ensure that all valuable compounds are preserved and made fully available to you. A proven medicinal herb since antiquity Many medieval records document the diverse applications of milk thistle. Dioscorides recommended it against snake bites, while Pliny used it for gallbladder complaints. In 19th-century monastery medicine, milk thistle held a firm place in treatments for gall, spleen, and liver conditions. Hildegard of Bingen even prescribed it for side stitch, which at that time referred to lung and pleural inflammation. Today, milk thistle is recognized in both naturopathy and conventional medicine as effective support for the liver and gallbladder. Its benefits are largely attributed to silymarin – a complex of three different flavonoids. Milk thistle contains valuable compounds such as: the flavonoid complex silymarin (silibinin, silychristin, silydianin), betaine, bitter substances, gamma-linolenic acid, essential oils, and resins.
