Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery (e.g. opened dietary supplements or cosmetic products).

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us, to the following address:

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Regardless of the statutory right of withdrawal, we grant you a voluntary 30-day return guarantee.

Condition: The goods must be complete, unused, and in their original packaging.

Goods ordered between November 1 and December 31 may be returned until January 31.

After the expiration of the 14-day statutory withdrawal period, we voluntarily refund only the value of the goods (excluding shipping costs).

Return shipping costs and transport risk are borne by the customer.

This guarantee does not limit your statutory rights.

Important Notice for International Customers

For consumers residing outside the EU/EEA, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply.

However, our voluntary 30-day return guarantee applies worldwide.
