Shipping Terms and Delivery Conditions
“Phoenix der Lebenskraft” ships throughout the entire European Union.
We ship all orders flexibly and reliably, either directly from our main warehouse in Austria using DPD or via Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF). We decide flexibly which shipping method to use when dispatching the package. The decision is based on the availability of the goods, the costs, and the expected delivery speed.
Important: We do not ship to parcel lockers, PO boxes, or pickup stations operated by parcel shops.

All shipping fees are flat rates including applicable VAT.

Delivery Times
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after payment receipt for advance bank transfers or after order confirmation for credit card or PayPal payments. Unless otherwise specified on the product page or in the order confirmation, in-stock goods are shipped within this timeframe.
Shipping to Switzerland
Shipping to Switzerland is possible from a minimum order value of € 120.00. Due to the high time and administrative effort involved in customs declarations and the necessary formalities, we only offer deliveries to Switzerland from this order value onwards. Orders are placed normally through our webshop.
Swiss customers can only pay by credit card or PayPal. Payment by advance bank transfer is unfortunately not possible for fee-related reasons.
In addition to the shipping costs, customs duties, Swiss import VAT, and any applicable processing fees from the customs authorities may apply. The customer bears these costs in full.
Delivery Terms and Liability
- Delivery is made to the shipping address provided during the order process.
- The risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods passes to you only upon delivery of the goods to you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier. Until delivery, we bear the transport risk.
- If goods are left unattended at your explicit request, for example in front of your door, this occurs entirely at your own risk.
- You are required to be reachable via the phone number provided during normal business hours so the delivery service can contact you if necessary.
- In cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or official government orders, we are released from delivery obligations.
- Goods must be inspected immediately upon receipt for completeness and transport damage. Obvious defects must be reported immediately, hidden defects within two business days of discovery in writing.
- In cases of unjustified refusal of acceptance, failure to collect, undeliverability, or incorrect address information, we reserve the right to charge resulting costs. These may include return shipping costs, original shipping costs, and a processing fee amounting to 40% of shipping costs.
- Unless statutory rights such as the right of withdrawal apply, returns are made at the customer’s expense and risk.
Payment Terms
The following payment methods are available:
- Advance Bank Transfer: Shipping takes place only after full payment has been received.
- Credit Card: Your credit card will be charged immediately after placing the order.
- PayPal / PayPal Express: Payment is processed directly through your PayPal account. PayPal Express can also be used as a guest checkout without PayPal registration.
The invoice amount is always due in advance and without deductions.
