General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope of Application
The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is directed at both consumers and entrepreneurs.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their commercial or independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legally capable partnership acting in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.
2. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with Phoenix der Lebenskraft e.U..
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather a non-binding online catalog. You may initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order is sent by email immediately after submission.
The point at which the contract is concluded depends on the payment method you choose:
Prepayment
For prepayment orders, the contract is concluded upon provision of our bank details. If payment is not received within 10 days, the order will be canceled.
Credit Card
By submitting the order, you provide your credit card details. After successful authorization, payment is initiated.
PayPal / PayPal Express
After payment confirmation, the transaction is executed immediately and the contract becomes effective.
3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text
The language available for contract conclusion is German.
We store the contract text and send you the order details along with our GTC by email. For security reasons, the contract text is not permanently accessible online.
4. Order
After submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
The contract is fulfilled through shipment of the goods and dispatch confirmation.
Any deviations from the order process must be confirmed in writing.
5. Delivery
Shipping generally takes place within 2–3 business days after receipt of payment.
Refusal to accept delivery does not affect the validity of the purchase contract. Additional costs are borne by the buyer.

6. Shipping Costs
Delivery is made exclusively by shipment. Self-collection is not possible.
We do not deliver to parcel stations.

7. Prices
All prices include statutory VAT.

8. Payment
- Prepayment: Delivery after receipt of payment
- Credit Card: Charged upon ordering
- PayPal: Payment via PayPal
9. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
10. Right of Withdrawal
The withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of the goods.
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

11. Voluntary Return Guarantee
30-day return policy for unused goods.

14. Transport Damage
Please report transport damage immediately to the delivery service provider.
15. Warranty & Guarantees
The statutory warranty rights for defects apply.
16. Product Shelf Life
Please store in a cool, dry, and light-protected place.
17. Liability
Liability is limited to gross negligence and intent.
18. Dispute Resolution
