What is Valerian (Valeriana officinalis)?
Anyone who has ever smelled valerian roots will not forget them quickly. Their distinctive scent has an almost magical attraction for cats, which is why the plant is also known as cat's valerian. Apart from the unique smell of the roots, the plant with its reddish-white flowers looks rather ordinary at first glance. The perennial plant, which can grow up to 1.5 metres tall, is native mainly to Europe and Asia. It preferably grows in woods, wet meadows and along riverbanks.

Guter Schlaf!
Seit diese Kriese begonnen hat leide ich an Schlafstörungen.
Habe mich nun entschlossen etwas natürliches gegen meine Schlafstörungen zu nehmen und bin auf den Baldrian von Phoenix gestoßen.
Bin mit der Wirkung zufrieden – je nachdem wie aufgekratzt ich bin brauche ich zwischen 3 und 5 Tabletten.
Etwa eine Stunde nach der Einnahme befördert mich der Baldrian ins Land der Träume.
