The delicate plant with its mallow-like, five-petalled flowers originates from Mexico and Central America. Today, Sida acuta can also be found in many other parts of the world. Due to its spiny seeds and strong, deep-reaching roots, it is described in some regions as a very resilient plant. The stems of the plant, which can grow up to two metres high, become woody and hard over time. Once Sida acuta has established itself in a location, it often remains there even under changing conditions such as long dry periods, heavy rainfall or grazing. Sida acuta grows in ecosystems with loamy, desert or humus-rich soils and is mainly found on pastures, cultivated fields and along roadsides. Sida Acuta glycerine tincture for daily nutrition This food supplement is made with vegetable glycerine, water and a small amount of apple cider vinegar. According to the formulation, it contains no artificial colours or flavourings; no added sugar is intended. The liquid dosage form can be incorporated into the daily routine in a straightforward way. Use the measuring cup supplied for dosing and follow the recommended daily intake. Sida Acuta tincture recommended intake The intended longer-term daily intake is approx. 12 millilitres per day, preferably divided into two servings.Start with a total of approx. 8 millilitres per day and then increase over several days to the longer-term daily intake.Use the measuring cup supplied to measure the recommended amount.
