What is Cryptolepis (Cryptolepis sanguinolenta)?

Cryptolepis sanguinolenta is still considered a true insider tip in the Western world. This tropical plant originates from Africa and is mainly found in Angola, Lagos, the Belgian Congo, and Gambia. Cryptolepis thrives in hot climates and prefers savannahs and dry forests.

With its glossy green leaves and delicately curved white flowers, this climbing plant has a majestic appearance. The African medicinal plant owes its name to a very special feature: when the stem is cut, a bright red sap emerges. That's why it was given the name "sanguinolenta", which means "bleeding" in Latin.

We follow traditional usage in our product development and exclusively use the ground root, as it contains a significantly higher spectrum of active substances than the rest of the plant. Recommended Use of Cryptolepis Tablets

The maximum dose is 5 (five) tablets per day, taken with sufficient liquid throughout the day.
Start by taking no more than 2 tablets per day and increase gradually over several days to the full daily dose. If you experience subjectively strong stimulating effects, reduce the dosage to a level that feels comfortable to you.
