What is Bidens pilosa (hairy beggarticks)?
Bidens pilosa is a South American plant that is now found worldwide as a so-called invasive plant. The strong spread of the plant is probably mainly connected with its adaptability. It tolerates very different soil conditions. Whether the ground is sandy, loamy, dry or heavily depleted, Bidens pilosa copes with many environments. It can even occur at altitudes of up to 3600 metres. Bidens pilosa tolerates heat, longer dry periods and cold spells. The plant is therefore considered particularly resilient. Through its spread, it can displace other plants. Bidens pilosa is classified as an allelopathic plant and may influence the growth of other plants. In some countries it is therefore regarded as an unwanted weed. For our products, the botanical plant itself is the focus.
With its white flowers and orange-coloured centre, the plant is pleasant to look at. It owes its name to its seeds. They are thin, black and have an elongated two-toothed tip. This is where the name Bidens comes from: „bi“ means two and „dens“ means tooth. The seeds are also responsible for the plant’s wide distribution. They adhere strongly and can travel on shoes, clothing, jackets and animals.

Bidens Pilosa in Ayurveda and TCM
Bidens pilosa is known in traditional plant systems such as Ayurveda and TCM. In these traditions, the plant has long been described and used in different contexts. These references relate to traditional use and do not replace authorised health claims for food supplements.
In TCM, Bidens pilosa is traditionally assigned to certain plant concepts. These descriptions refer to historical use and its classification within traditional Chinese herbal knowledge. In addition, 2 commonly used cellulose excipients with the abbreviations MCC / HPMC are used for tablet stability, plus a very small amount of magnesium stearate amounting to only a few per mille by weight.
Recommended intake
The maximum dose is 7 (seven) tablets per day with sufficient liquid, spread throughout the day.
Start with a maximum of 4 tablets per day and then increase over several days up to the maximum daily dose. If you notice unpleasant reactions, remain at the lower amount that is comfortable for you.

Tolles Produkt für Darm und Haut
Ich habe die Tabletten ausprobiert, weil ich Bidens Pilosa aus Buhners Protokoll kannte. Schon nach zwei Wochen fühlte sich mein Bauch deutlich ruhiger an, und auch meine Haut (vor allem Rücken und Kinnbereich) wurde klarer. Ich finde super, dass der schwarze Pfeffer für bessere Bioverfügbarkeit enthalten ist. Die Tabletten sind geschmacksneutral, was mir sehr entgegenkommt. Absolute Empfehlung für alle, die auf natürliche Unterstützung setzen.

Sehr gut bei Hautproblemen und Immunschwäche
Ich nehme die Bidens-Tabletten seit knapp einem Monat und bin wirklich begeistert. Meine Haut ist reiner, meine Verdauung stabiler, und ich fühle mich insgesamt widerstandsfähiger. Ich habe die Dosis langsam gesteigert, wie empfohlen, und sie sehr gut vertragen. Besonders gefällt mir die Kombination mit schwarzem Pfeffer – dadurch scheint die Wirkung noch besser aufgenommen zu werden. Die Tabletten sind gut zu schlucken und völlig frei von unnötigen Zusätzen – für mich ein großes Plus!

Pflanzliche Power – spürbare Wirkung
Ich nehme die Tabletten begleitend zur Stärkung meines Immunsystems und bei leichtem Reizdarm. Die Wirkung ist nicht sofort da, aber nach ca. 10 Tagen habe ich definitiv eine Verbesserung gespürt. Die Kombination mit schwarzem Pfeffer ist super, der Körper scheint es wirklich gut aufzunehmen. Ein Stern Abzug, weil die Tabletten etwas größer sind – aber dennoch gut schluckbar.
