Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods. Opened products or damaged original packaging are excluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Phoenix der Lebenskraft e.U., Attn. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, you are obliged to return the goods in full to: Phoenix der Lebenskraft e.U., c/o Andreas Staudinger, Franzensthalstraße 18, A-2435 Ebergassing, Austria
We will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a different delivery method than the standard, least expensive delivery option we offer), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Parcels that are not properly or sufficiently prepaid will not be accepted under any circumstances.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Our Voluntary Return Guarantee
Without prejudice to your statutory rights, we offer you the following voluntary return guarantee:
You may return products purchased from us within 30 days of receipt, provided none of the exclusion criteria apply, the item is complete and in the same condition as when received. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition. Items for which there is no statutory right of withdrawal are also excluded from the voluntary return policy. Please return goods to: Phoenix der Lebenskraft e.U., c/o Andreas Staudinger, Franzensthalstraße 18, A-2435 Ebergassing, Austria.
Goods shipped between November 1st and December 31st of any calendar year may be returned until January 31st of the following year.
If you return goods under this voluntary return guarantee after more than 14 days following receipt, we will voluntarily refund the purchase price. However, we will not refund any original shipping costs. In any case, you bear the risk and cost of returning the goods.
This return policy does not limit your statutory rights, including your right of withdrawal as described above. Extended return periods that may apply remain unaffected.
