1. Shipping Options, Delivery Conditions and Liability Disclaimer

"Phoenix der Lebenskraft" ships throughout the entire EU!

We are pleased to now offer shipping services to all EU countries. Thanks to our two warehouses – our main warehouse in Austria and the Amazon warehouse in Germany – we can ship your orders flexibly and efficiently.

Shipping Methods & Shipping Costs

We ship with the following carriers:

Amazon MCF (Multi-Channel Fulfillment)
Amazon MCF uses different shipping partners depending on the destination address, such as DHL, Hermes, or Amazon Logistics.

Important: We do not ship to parcel lockers (Packstationen)!

Shipping Logistics & Warehouse Selection

- Germany: Small orders are preferably shipped via Amazon MCF for faster delivery.
- Austria: Shipping is usually handled by DPD. In exceptional cases (e.g., low stock in Austria), we use Amazon MCF.
- Other EU Countries: Depending on the destination and inventory, we choose the most suitable shipping method between DPD and Amazon MCF.

Shipping to Switzerland

Shipping to Switzerland is only available on request. Due to the significant customs and processing efforts, we only ship to Switzerland with a minimum order value of €150.00. Orders cannot be placed through the webshop; please contact us directly via email or phone if you would like delivery to Switzerland.

Note on Payments from Non-EU Countries

Even for delivery and billing addresses within the EU, we reserve the right to review and possibly reject or charge additional fees for orders if:

the payment is made from a non-EU bank account (e.g., from Switzerland),
a parcel forwarding service is used (e.g., Swiss Paket, MeinEinkauf.ch, etc.),
or other scenarios arise that incur additional costs for us.

Our bank currently charges a transfer fee of €11.00 for payments from non-EU countries (e.g., Switzerland). Unfortunately, we cannot cover this fee.

We therefore require payment of this additional €11.00.
If not received, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amount minus this fee.

Note: These fees apply only to advance bank transfers from outside the EU. Payments via PayPal or credit card are not affected.

Delivery Conditions & Liability Limitations

1. “Phoenix der Lebenskraft” is entitled to hand over the ordered goods to a suitable shipping company for delivery to the address you provide. We choose the shipping provider. Shipment and transport are at the customer’s expense and risk.

2. Delivery will be made to the address entered during the order process. “Phoenix der Lebenskraft” reserves the right not to deliver to certain addresses. If delivery fails multiple times, we may still charge for it.

3. If you request delivery to a specific location (e.g., doorstep), and the package is damaged or stolen there, “Phoenix der Lebenskraft” assumes no liability.

4. If delivery is not possible, we will try to contact you by phone. Please ensure you are reachable at the phone number provided.

5. We are not liable for delivery delays or failures due to force majeure (see Wikipedia).

6. Please check your delivery immediately upon receipt. Report any damage or missing items to us promptly.

7. The risk of accidental loss or deterioration passes to you upon delivery to you or the shipping service.

8. If you refuse to accept the delivery without justification or are repeatedly unavailable, the delivery will be considered fulfilled.

9. In case of returns – such as in a withdrawal – you are responsible for proper and secure packaging. The risk of loss or damage during return lies with you.

2. Payment Terms

The following payment options are available in our webshop:

Advance Bank Transfer

After completing your order, you will receive our banking details. Shipping occurs after payment is received.

Credit Card

You enter your credit card details during checkout. After successful authorization, your card is charged automatically.

PayPal / PayPal Express

You will be redirected to PayPal during checkout. There, you log in and confirm the payment. The transaction is completed automatically.

For advance payment, credit card, and PayPal, registration in our shop is required. PayPal Express is available without registration.

For all payment methods, the invoice amount must be paid in advance and without deductions. Additionally, the terms and conditions of third-party providers (e.g., PayPal) apply.
