What is Rockrose (Cistus incanus)?

Native to the Mediterranean region, rockrose has delighted people for thousands of years in places such as Greece, Turkey, Albania, and Spain. This enchanting plant features gray-haired stems with evergreen leaves that secrete a valuable resin. The flowers of Cistus incanus appear slightly crumpled, with violet petals surrounding an orange center.

Despite reaching only about one meter in height, this plant is extremely resilient and undemanding. On hot and dry summer days, it simply folds its leaves until the next rainfall. Although rockrose shares nothing but its name with the rose, it embodies the concept of resilience in modern society—remaining strong regardless of external circumstances.

Rockrose Tincture Recommended Use

The long-term recommended daily dose is approx. 10 ml per day, preferably divided into two servings.

Begin with approx. 5 ml per day and gradually increase over several days until reaching the long-term daily dose.

Use the provided measuring cup to ensure accurate dosing.
